Dear caretakers,
My favorite thing in the world is walking into someone’s home and seeing all the plants, or being invited to inspect someone’s garden. Everyone has a story about growing something they’re proud of… every one gets excited when a seed starts to grow.
Though i find it a better conversation to ask about all the times they struggled or failed before the triumphs.
As Brandon Sanderson would say “journey before destination.”
So if you have time, please tell me your best plant story and what you learned from it.
